The market for tho wcuk shows no signs of improvement, although dcilers rcjmrt a better feeling among invcsters, with some little inquiry for desirably located property. The numerous signs of "to let,"' which hvo weeks ago were to be seen in nearly every block of the city, have disappeared •svithin the last wtKik, like snow before the summer sun, and the rent market ia reported to be firmer. There will be less mo^•ing into the countrj'this ye.ir, as many houses-have been let at reasonably decent figures, and tenants arc foelmg well pleased with their pro.'spects for the poming Ecxson. General business throughout the city is good, and the season, though late, will be au a\-erage one. PROJECTED BUILDINGS.
